WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED:

– first and last name, personal identification code, phone number, and email address; – delivery address of goods; – bank account number; – cost of goods and services and payment-related data (purchase history); – customer support data.
Araxes OÜ is the data controller of personal data.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED:

Personal data is used for managing customer orders and delivering goods. Consent for processing personal data is required for order management, and orders cannot be placed without it. Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences.

The bank account number is used for issuing refunds to the customer. Araxes OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Swedbank Payment Portal.

Personal data such as first and last name, personal identification code, phone number, and email address are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).

The IP address or other network identifiers of the online store user are processed for providing the online store service as an information society service and for compiling web usage statistics.

The website uses cookies for managing the shopping session and collecting usage statistics. Placing an order is only possible if you allow cookies on araxes.ee.

HOW WE STORE AND DELETE YOUR DATA

We process and store your personal data for as long as we provide services or sell goods to you, and retain it afterwards as long as necessary. We will delete your personal data if you submit a written request, unless we have a valid legal basis to continue processing it.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO WITHDRAW CONSENT:

You have the right to receive information about whether and which of your personal data we process. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
