Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

Attention! This is alcohol. Alcohol may be harmful to your health.

The owner of the online store www.araxes.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Araxes OÜ, registry code 14694153, VAT number EE102158892, address: Tartu mnt 84a–201, Tallinn 10112, Estonia.

Sales Terms for Purchasing Goods from the Online Store

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.

Kauba kohaletoimetamise tasu Tallinna piires on 5,59€. Kohaletoimetamise tasu kuvatakse ostu vormistamisel.

Payment for Products

Payment is made via the Montonio payment gatewayPayment methods: Estonian bank links. All prices in the Online Store are in euros and include VAT.

Delivery Methods

  • Pickup from Araxes stores in Tallinn – free of charge Goods are issued within 3 working days after the order becomes effective (payment received). You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
  • Courier delivery

Valides kullerteenuse saadame kauba kulleriga Tallinna piires tellimuse vormistamisel sisestatud aadressile 1 tunni jooksul (sõltub toote kogusest). Kulleriga toodete kättesaamisel lisandub arvele teenustasu 5,49€ (sisaldab käibemaksu, tellimuse komplekteerimist, pakendeid ja transporti).Täpse toimetamise aja täpsustab kuller telefoni teel.Kulleri tööaeg alates 10.00 kuni 21.00.

If the courier attempted to contact you and/or arrived at the address but delivery failed due to reasons such as no answer, door not opened, or refusal of the order, the delivery fee will not be refunded. Please ensure your contact details are correct and that you are available at the agreed time.

  • SmartPost and Omniva across Estonia

Delivery from €4.29 (includes VAT, order preparation, packaging, and transport). Typical delivery time is up to 5 working days after payment is received. In case of delays, customer service will inform the customer promptly.  4,50€ (sisaldab käibemaksu, tellimuse komplekteerimist, pakendeid ja transporti). Tellimuste tüüpiline tarneaeg on kuni 5 tööpäeva alates tellimuse jõustumisest, ehk makse laekumisest. Viivituste tekkimisel informeerib Araxes.ee veebipoe klienditeenindus Kliendit viivitamatult.

According to Estonian and EU legislation, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to alcoholic beverages. If the product is incorrect or defective, notify araxes.ee immediately upon receipt via email: epood@araxes.ee . Costs of replacement or return are covered by Araxes OÜ.

  • At Araxes stores – verified by staff
  • At Itella parcel machines – verified using ID card
  • For courier delivery – verified by courier

Placing an Order

  • Add desired products to the cart
  • Fill in required fields and choose delivery method
  • The total amount will be displayed and can be paid via bank link
  • The contract enters into force upon receipt of payment to the Online Store’s bank account.

    General Provisions

    1.1 Parties are governed by Estonian law and agreed terms.

    1.2. The store owner may modify services at any time.

    1.3. Terms may be changed unilaterally without prior notice.

    Products and Purchase

    2.1. Products may not always be in stock.

    2.2. If unavailable, customer will be contacted within 3 working days with options: new delivery time, replacement, or refund.

    2.3. If order cannot be fulfilled, the amount will be refunded within 30 days.

    2.4. Product appearance may differ from images. Packaging and details may vary.

    2.5. Descriptions may not be exhaustive and may contain errors.

    2.6. Customer must provide required data.

    2.7. Store is not responsible for incorrect data provided by customer.

    Prices

    3.1. Prices are in euros.

    3.2. Prices may change at any time.

    3.3. Orders are fulfilled at prices valid at purchase time.

    3.4. Prices may differ from physical stores.

    Withdrawal Before Fulfillment

    4.1. If the Customer wishes to withdraw from the contract after placing the order and before the performance of the contract by the Seller, the Customer is obliged to notify the Store operator in writing as soon as possible. The written notice must be sent to the email address epood@araxes.ee . The email must include the order number from which the Customer wishes to withdraw, as well as the Customer’s contact details (first name, last name, date of placing the order, contact phone number).

    4.2. If the withdrawal request reaches the service provider after the Store operator has fulfilled the contract, withdrawal from the contract shall proceed in accordance with the section “Right of Return” of the Terms of Use.

    4.3. The Store operator shall refund the amount paid to the Customer no later than 30 days from receiving the withdrawal request.

    4.4. The refund shall be transferred to the same bank account from which the payment was made to the Store operator.

    Right of Return

    5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the order.

    5.2. If the goods are incorrect or defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods via email at epood@araxes.ee or by phone at +372 6 623 648.

    5.3. Returned products must not be damaged, used, or broken and must be in their original packaging.

    5.4. Incorrect or defective goods can be exchanged based on the purchase receipt or invoice.

    5.5. Parcel machine delivery – if the order has been delivered to a parcel machine but the Customer does not collect it for reasons dependent on them (including lack of a required identification document), the delivery fee will not be refunded.

    Personal Data and Its Use

    6.1. The user gives clear and informed consent to the Store operator for the processing of their personal data.

    6.2. Personal data entered by the user when placing an order and made known to the service provider are entered into the customer register and used for providing sales services and offering goods to the Customer.

    6.3. The source of personal data is the establishment of a customer relationship when registering an order in the E-shop.

    6.4. The personal data registered include data related to the Customer’s order (last name, first name, street, house number, apartment number, settlement or city, postal code, phone number, year of birth, gender, delivery method, payment method used, consent to receive marketing offers via email, and notes entered as free text).

    6.5. Personal data necessary for delivering goods to the Customer may be forwarded to courier service providers.

    6.6. The Store operator undertakes not to disclose registered personal data to unauthorized third parties.

    6.7. The Store operator reserves the right to disclose user-related data if it is provided to a person processing the data in accordance with legal obligations and having the legal right to do so, or if it is necessary to protect the life, health, or freedom of the Customer or another person.

    6.8. The Customer has the right to review their personal data and to correct or delete it from the register.

    6.9. The user consents to the Store operator sending an order confirmation to the email address provided when placing the order.

    6.10. The user consents to the Store operator sending marketing offers to the email address provided when placing the order, if the respective consent has been given by ticking the appropriate box on the order page.

    6.11. Araxes OÜ is the controller of personal data; Araxes OÜ forwards personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

    Terms of Use

    7.1. The Customer is obliged to ознакомить themselves with the terms set out in the Terms of Use.

    7.2. By ticking the box “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use” when placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have ознакомились with, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Use.

    Complaint Procedure

    8.1. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint to the seller immediately after receiving the goods.

    8.2. A complaint will not be resolved if Araxes proves that the defects have arisen due to the consumer’s fault.

    NB! Minors are not allowed to order alcoholic beverages, and such goods will not be issued to them.
